3. Quotes and Estimates
- Free Quotes: We provide cost estimates without obligation (“100% Commitment-Free”).
- Accuracy: While we aim for accuracy in our initial quotes, the final price may vary based on the actual diagnosis performed by the technician on-site. If additional work or spare parts are required beyond the initial scope, the technician will inform you before proceeding.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Service Rates: Based on our current pricing structure (subject to change):
- Maintenance: Rates may vary based on volume (e.g., special rates for 5+ A/Cs).
- Installation: Standard installation is charged per A/C unit (e.g., 150 SAR per unit).
- Refill: Gas refill services start at 69 SAR.
- Spare Parts: Costs for spare parts are not included in standard service fees. These are charged separately “As per the Product and Requirement.”
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made for commercial accounts.
5. Appointments and Scheduling
- 24-Hour Service: We offer 24/7 availability for emergency requests. However, standard appointments are subject to our scheduling availability.
- Flexible Appointments: We endeavor to accommodate your busy schedule (day, night, or weekends).
- Delays: While we strive to be punctual, The Cool Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, previous job complications, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays to you.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a “Satisfaction Guarantee” on our workmanship.

- We commit to reviewing the issue and providing a solution to ensure the system runs efficiently, provided the issue is related to the specific work we performed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service experience, the customer agrees to:
- Provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the property and the AC units.
- Secure any pets or valuables prior to the technician’s arrival.
- Provide accurate information regarding the age and history of the AC units.
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other customers in need of urgent cooling services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Pre-existing Faults: The Cool Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your HVAC system or property.
- ** consequential Damages:** To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages (such as loss of profit or increased utility bills) arising from the use of our services.
